Unlike last Thursday at The Game Awards 2025, Konami's Silent Hill F was the big winner at The Horror Game Awards 2025. Nominated in six categories, Neobard's survival horror hit won four awards, including the prestigious Game of the Year.

Apart from Silent Hill F, the only multiple award winner was Frankie Smile Show Look Outside, which took the best art direction home (beating Silent Hill F) and the best indie horror game.Doom: The Dark Ages and The Midnight Walk added to their trophy cases last week, winning the best soundtrack and the best VR horror game.The Midnight Walk also won the best on/VR game at the 2025 game awards.

And unlike The Game Awards, there was no Grand Theft Auto VI to stop Resident Evil Requiem from winning the most anticipated horror game.

Hosted by Peele Dickens and co-produced by Penkyman Purple, this year's first ever Horror Game Awards took place in person and in person at the Kensington Convention and Events Centre.
