Legacy: Steel Friens is an MMO based on the Playstation series and is coming to PC and mobile (but not Ps5)
It is being developed by the publisher of Gundam War 2.
Guerrilla Games and NCSoft have announced Horizon: Steel Frontiers, an MMO take on the PlayStation Open World Series about taking on giant robo-dinosaurs after the apocalypse.Like the main game, the goal is to take down the machines, but this time you do it as a fully customizable "machine hunter" in an open world inspired by Arizona and New Mexico.
Interestingly, Steel Frontiers has been confirmed for PC, Android, and iOS but not PS5, but as Jan-Bart van Beek mentions in the video posted above, it's "made specifically for mobile."It is also worth noting that this project developed by NCSoft is different from Project Horizon Online, which is an online spin-off created by Guerilla Games itself.
Based on the visuals, Steel Frontiers looks pretty good for a mobile game, although that depends on whether you think the Horizon series looks good in general. There's little apparent compromise in terms of the lush, desolate open world, and the mechanical beasts look as polished as ever.
Some loose things I could gather from the video footage: there are both flying and grounded. You can jump from your mountain to Talneck and start climbing them with advantage.Combat is like hitting weak spots as usual and traps are also back.It may have a grappling hook and use it to catch flying creatures.
Beek Brann is set in a place called Raiders and other players either compete with tombs or fight with resources."
Executive producer Sung-Gee doesn't mince words when it comes to the big idea behind Steel: "The core concept of a bunch of steel trees," he says.
He also listed ways in which the combat deviates from the original game. "Our main focus is designing new combat experiences that fit MMORPGs," he said. For example, "after destroying a certain part of the plane, you can use the killer to quickly approach the plane and climb it, and set a trap in the affected area to create a disease."You can also pick up weapons dropped by the plane during the battle and take them to your vehicle to use in the next battles.

Ncsoft is best known as "NCSOFT based on NCSOFT called Guild Wars 2 and the series of stones, which they have recently released so that you can release them.
There's no word yet on whether Horizon: Steel Frontiers will be released, nor will it be a paid or free-to-play game.
