For trying to blame President Donald Trump for the blackout of "Monday Night Live" on YouTube TV, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass. She was called out by the Washington Post on Thursday.

Disney programming - including ESPN, ABC and FX channels - was pulled from Google's YouTube TV platform in late October after the companies failed to reach new contract terms.

YouTube TV said in an Oct. 30 post on X that despite its "best efforts" it was unable to reach a fair settlement with Disney before Thursday's deadline, meaning customers will no longer be able to access Disney channels and content, including college and professional sports.

One of the issues at the center of the debate is the fees charged by YouTube TV for hosting its channels.

"This is not an area that will make the government interfere with the ruler," the editors wrote."It was Warn who complained on social media that President Donald was making them leave him."

The Washington Post effectively took Disney's side among Warren Disney's side, adding, “Why should a president or a senator be the highest-priced side for consumers?

Former ABC news reporter, Media News 'failed the American people' on Trump coverage.

The editorial concluded that Disney and Google could solve the problem without government involvement.

"Warren, a former Harvard Law School professor who did big-money consulting for corporations before turning into a pitchfork-wielding populist, knows all this. Maybe she thinks her supporters aren't as smart as they are," the paper wrote.

A Disney spokesperson blamed YouTube TV, telling FOX Business: "YouTube TV has chosen to deny our subscribers the content they value most by refusing to pay a fair price for our channels, including ESPN and ABC."

Disney said its programming includes "live sports based on the NFL, NBA and college football."

The company said that Google is using its market dominance to prevent competition and that we have successfully negotiated industry standard terms with other distributors.

YouTube said it would continue to urge Disney to "constructively reach an equitable agreement" that would bring the Disney networks back on YouTube TV and noted that if the dispute went ahead, it would issue a $20 credit to customers.
